1. Fill up the application form
2. Enclose your cheque payable to The Fairfield Methodist Schools Alumni Association
3. For cash payments, please send cash personally to FMPS or FMSS office.
4. Post application form & cheque to:

Membership Fees

Life Membership - S$150.00

• Available for those who left FMPS/ FMSS
• S$150.00 to be paid in full upon application
• Lifetime Membership
  

Youth Membership - S$20.00

• Available for students who left FMPS/ FMSS for less than 10 years
• S$20.00 to be paid in full upon application
• Membership expires at the end of the 10th year of graduation
